What is spiritual coaching?

To some, the word ‘spiritual’ instantly invites the thought ‘not for me!’, which I understand. In reality we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. We are just not always connected to our deeper essence. Spiritual coaching is an invitation to connect with yourself more deeply. From that powerful place, you gain greater clarity, more peace and lasting joy in daily life. It helps you experience Life in all its fullness and navigate any challenges with greater ease.

What is Presence?

Presence is a dimension of Consciousness that is accessible to all human beings. It is a state of inner spaciousness, that can be experienced as a moment of inner peace or clarity, an intense sense of aliveness, or a feeling of oneness with your surroundings. It is a moment of not thinking and it connects you with something deep within you, the Source. From a state of Presence you are able to respond to the needs of any situation, in any moment. For wisdom is the Intelligence that comes from the dimension of Presence. The discovery of that dimension in ourself is the most important realisation in anybody’s life.  

What will I get out of a Presence Session? 

The aim of these sessions is for you to feel lighter, calmer and more in touch with the truth of who you are in your essence. Presence can be understood conceptually, but is mostly an experience, which is what these sessions are for. You will also receive tools to help you cultivate Presence in your daily life. A Presence practice will help you navigate life with more ease, as you learn to no longer react against a situation or challenge, but instead merge with it. From this place, right action follows. You will experience more peace, in all areas of life. If you are already experienced with practicing Presence, these sessions will then be a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice, expand in Consciousness and shed light on remaining places of unrest or unease.

Is spiritual coaching for me?

If you can answer ‘yes’ to one (or more) of the following questions, I wholeheartedly recommend spiritual coaching to you. Do you feel any resonance with what you find on this website? Do you want to connect with your inner peace? Would you like to deepen your Presence practice? Are you looking for ways to navigate life’s challenges with more ease? Are you struggling with feelings like anxiety, fear, stress, anger, frustration, resentment, sadness, grief, inferiority or jealousy? Would you like to experience more peace instead? Do you feel there’s more to who you are on the surface? Would you like to ‘Know Thyself’?  

How many sessions should I take?

Depending on your needs, we can tailor a package together, that is right for you. If you are unsure, I would recommend to start with 3 sessions, and then take it from there. Each session builds on the previous one. One session can already do a lot for you, and is a great start, but does not allow for other benefits of coaching, like tracking your growth, receiving nudges and answers to questions along the way, deepening your practice, and working towards personal goals, among others. More important to me, however, is to do what feels right for you. If you already practice Presence in your daily life, for example, and would just like to do a single session, then it will be wonderful to do so.

What is the duration of one session?

One session lasts 60mins. Afterwards, I will follow up with an email that includes a recap of our session, along with tools and guidance. Also, I will honor what the moment asks for in a session, so we might spend a little more time together. However, this will not exceed 90mins, and if you prefer to stick to 60mins, just let me know.  

Do I need experience with spirituality or meditation?

No. An open mind and heart, however, will greatly benefit your session.
